The price is indicated in Danish Kroner and EURO .DKKR and EURO is included the Danish VAT of 25%.
We accept payment done by bank transfer or by Paypal.
As soon as Tubus Technology receives your order and this has been handled and dispatched, your payment will be withdrawn from the chosen account. Only the approved amount can be withdrawn from your account.
Due to protection of you and other customers against fraud and maintain the same security level, Tubus Technology can carry out a security check. This can include the data you send, when giving the order.
Orders given on mail can be done 24 hours a day. This can be closed due to maintenance. Order given on national and public holidays, will be handled the following work day.

Your order has not been placed until your payment information has been approved by Tubus Technology.
By purchasing the product you will accept the terms and conditions of Tubus and you are encouraged to read these well through. After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation by mail.
Tubus Technology reserves the right to correct any mistakes and to change, as well as update information at any point of time, without any previous warning. In case of pricing mistakes on the ordered article, will Tubus Technology inform you regarding this matter and hereafter wait for your approval of the corrected price, before the transaction is completed.
Shipping and delivery
Expected delivery to Europe is 2-4 work days. Shipping overseas is expected to one week after order placement. If any longer shipping should occur, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the delay.
Post Nord – the Danish mail system: By handing over mail to Post Nord, your delivery date is expected to be 2-4 work days later. People living on the given address can receive the package and does not necessarily need to be the purchaser. The package will be put in your mailbox and not delivered by your door.
Please contact your national/local mail office, if you should experience any trouble or is missing the delivery of your package, as Tubus Technology does not hold any more information about your delivery, than what has already been written to you in the order confirmation.
It is important that you refuse to receive the package in case this should look visibly damaged.
Exchange and cancellation
Tubus Technology wish to have satisfied customers and will encourage you to contact customer care service by mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone no.: +45 22 38 82 56, if you should experience any problem with the received product.
Tubus Technology offer 14 days of full return on products bought online, provided that the package has not been damaged or broken.
If the product is a gift, please note this at the ordering by mail or phone. Please inform when the gift is to be given, in order for Tubus Technology to register this, in case of return of the gift.
Please send an e-mail to email@example.com if you wish to return the product. Please return the product along with the invoice, as this is your receipt, back to Tubus Technology within 14 days after the day of delivery.
The purchase price will be given back when the product is received and confirmed. The money will be sent back to the bank account information, given when the order was placed.
Tubus Technology claims the right to, after an individual assessment in each case, to partly or fully hold back money, if the article has been used for more than necessary in order to notice the quality of the product.
Please return the product in a sound package. Tubus Technology recommends you to send back the product in the same matter, that it was sent to you.
Please note that Tubus Technology will not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Note: It is not possible to go to the address of the company with the purpose of returning or exchange of the product.
The buyer has the right to claim for the purchased product, within 24 months, due to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you have the right to get your product repaired, exchanged, money back or discount in the price – depending on the specific situation.
It is required that the claim is justified and that the defect on the product has not occurred due to incorrect use of the product or any other damaging behavior. The claim must happen within reasonable time after the defect has been noticed on the product.
Before shipping back to Tubus Technology, please write a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to inform about the return of the product.
Tubus Technology makes reservations for errors, spelling mistakes, and delays as Tubus Technology does not control.
